Ashley Mady has been recognized as a creative hybrid who blends innovation with business. In her current position as Head of Brand Development at Basic Fun!, she leads the conceptualization of the company’s new sustainable brands portfolio, oversees the company’s digital and social media initiatives, and works collaboratively with internal teams on growth plans that drive innovation for new and existing brands. Prior to joining Basic Fun!, Ashley founded and helmed the brand licensing and creative agency, Brandberry. There, she spent close to a decade launching new IP from the ground up, and reinvigorated established brands.
Vice President of Marketing & Product Development at VTech and LeapFrog Brands
Jennifer joined VTech in 2014 as the Sr. Director of Marketing with more than 18 years of marketing and communications experience for high-tech brands. She is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in achieving strategy and positioning across advertising, branding, and communications for highly technical brands. Jennifer’s expertise lies in conceptualizing innovative ideas, identifying target customers, developing a network of strategic partners, and delivering ideas to connect with new markets. Throughout her career, she has designed and executed innovative advertising campaigns for multimillion-dollar brands, maintaining a strong vision for high-return media strategies that generated organizational awareness, strengthened revenue positions, and enhanced growth in key markets.
Director of Marketing at Goliath Games
Mary has been working in Marketing for two decades and she’s passionate about using media in creative ways for storytelling and communications. Mary’s career includes public television, education, non-profits and skincare. In her role as Director of Marketing for Goliath Games, she oversees all video, photography, social media, digital advertising, influencer/YouTuber outreach and collaboration, email, PR and events. She’s also passionate about company culture and employee development. In her spare time, Mary enjoys cooking, reading and traveling.
Vice President of Public Relations at JAKKS Pacific, Inc
Rachel spearheads all consumer facing messaging, corporate communications, social media, influencer outreach, events / experiential marketing, investor relations, and JAKKS Cares, the philanthropic arm of JAKKS Pacific. She has helped increase brand awareness and successfully launch numerous core brands, including 37 Toy of the Year Nominees and five TOTY Winners. Rachel is an accomplished marathon swimmer and competitive triathlete. She successfully swam the Catalina Channel, Manhattan Island Marathon Swim - a 28.5 mile circumnavigation of Manhattan Island, as well as finished two full distance triathlons, Ironman, proving that working hard at things you love and believe in, can take you the distance.

As founder of Brand Fresh Management, Janice Ross has a diverse but complimentary background starting in the entertainment industry as a theatrical development executive working for producers that created blockbuster movies. From entertainment, she parlayed her passion for storytelling onto a broader canvas in the consumer products industry. Janice is a strategic and well-connected senior level global licensing and marketing executive with 25+ years experience developing and executing innovative brand strategies that drive maximum revenue results along with brand longevity. Her network of industry relationships includes licensees, licensors, retailers, promotional partners, talent agencies, inventors and more. Prior to launching Brand Fresh Management, Janice worked with LEGO, American Greetings and Lisa Frank, Inc. She serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Toys, Entertainment and Licensing as Vice President and was named a Game Changer by License Global magazine.
